Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted creative work

You may use PhotoEditorAI for lawful image generation, product images, background replacement, style transformations, and original fictional characters, subject to the Terms of Service. Use only source material you have the rights and permission to process.

Prohibited uses

• Face swap, deepfake, face replacement, and identity transfer are prohibited, including attempts through ordinary prompts, reference images, region edits, effects, video tools, or alternate models.
• Do not impersonate a real person without authorization, fabricate endorsements, or create deceptive depictions of a real person's actions or statements. Consent does not override our prohibition on face swapping and identity transfer.
• Do not create or distribute sexual or nude content, non-consensual intimate images, child sexual abuse material, harassment, fraud, forged identity documents, or unlawful content.
• Do not bypass screening through prompt rewriting, translation, image-only instructions, queues, repeated submissions, or model switching.

Screening and enforcement

Requests may be rejected or held when screening flags a request or cannot complete. A permitted prompt does not establish consent, identity, or rights in uploaded images. Automated screening cannot guarantee that every misuse is detected. We may restrict access, remove violating content, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
